Idris Abdul Zahir  is a Philadelphia based filmmaker.  He pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in  Comunications and Mass Media at Temple University.  While at Temple, he produced and directed his first featurette, The B-Boy Spectacular, which explored the fascinating world of American hip-hop dancers. Idris is now owner of A-Z Media, a small production group dedicated to developing, producing and supporting media projects with positive messages. More recently he has produced  and directed a web series entitled ASK A MUSLIM.  The series addressed the stereotypes and misconceptions of Muslims in America from a Black American perspective.
